What is the gold karat of your jewelry?
Unless noted otherwise, all listed jewelry is in 14k yellow gold. In many cases, you may substitute 14k yellow for 14k white gold at no extra charge. Upgrades to 18k yellow gold may also available for an extra charge. Please contact us for details.

What is the quality of the diamonds that you use?
The stones we normally set are genuine diamonds SI to VS clarity and GHI color unless noted otherwise. Please contact us if you are interested in custom quality and color diamonds.

Are your diamonds serialized? Do they come with a Certificate of Authenticity?
Red Box Diamonds® weighing 3/8 carat (.375 carat) or larger are serialized and come with a grading report from an independent lab such as GIA, AGS, HRD, IGI, EGL or Stuller. Each Red Box Diamond® comes with the added security of a unique identifier. A laser-engraved number matching the grading report is etched on the girdle of the stone. This number allows for proof positive identification. Please contact us for a price quote if you wish to set your jewelry with a Red Box Diamond®.
Standard® quality stones of all sizes are non-certified in line with industry standards and therefore do not come with a certificate. Upon customer request, an in-house report may be provided for Standard® quality single-piece diamonds weighing 3/8 carat (.375 carat) or more. Additional fees apply.

Is it safe to place an order on your Web site?
Yes. Stellar Jewelry uses 128-bit military grade Secure Socket Layer (SSL) data encryption technology to ensure highly secure transactions. 128-bit encryption means that the data cryptographically encoded during an SSL session is at the highest level currently available, and nearly impossible to break. Compared to a 40-bit encrypted SSL certificate, a 128-bit is more than 300 septillion (300,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000) times stronger. All Secure Link SSL certificates from Stellar Jewelry are encrypted at 128 bits. As a result, all the information you submit via our Web site is protected against loss, misuse, or any fraudulent activity.

Is it safe to mail jewelry?
Yes. We deal with reliable carriers such as the United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx, UPS, and DHL. The probability of loss is generally no greater than with any other item you might ship. All shipments are fully insured and you will be able to get the status of your order in real-time from the time the order is placed until delivery. In addition, your signature will be required upon delivery.

Why is it that I can't add items to my Shopping Cart?
Our Web site is optimized for use with Microsoft Internet Explorer IE 6.0 or later with 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) for maximum online security. Some users with older versions of Internet Explorer have reported that they could not add items to the shopping cart. To resolve this issue, please enable your browser to accept cookies and ensure highly secure transactions:
- click once on Tools in the browser menu above and select Internet Options... (the Internet Options window opens)
- click once on the Privacy tab then click on the Advanced...button
- click once to checkmark the white box to the left of Override automatic cookie handling.
- click OK twice to close the 2 open windows.

Can I add notes or special delivery instructions when I place my order?
Sure. You may add notes such as your finger ring size or gold color in the Additional Information field of the shopping cart as described in "How can I place an order?" below.

How do I place an order?
Online It's very easy to place an order on our Web site. From our showroom, left-click once the "Add to Cart" button of each item that you want to purchase. Click the "Continue Shopping" button if you wish to add more items to the shopping cart. Then, proceed to "checkout".
The order process on involves the following steps:
- Enter your Billing Address exactly as it is listed with your card-issuing bank, your email address and your phone number.
Check your State (USA), Province (Canada) or other common postal abbreviations.

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes because a signature will be required to acknowledge order delivery.
- Check the corresponding box to the left if your shipping address is a business address.
- Only authorized affiliates may enter a shipping address that is different from their billing address. Otherwise, we may only ship to your billing address on file with your card-issuing bank.
- Type in any additional information if necessary
- Check the corresponding box to the left to acknowledge that you have read and that you agree to the terms & conditions.
- Select your payment method
- Click “checkout” to select a shipping option
- Click “checkout” to verify your order amounts
- Click “checkout” to provide payment information (What is Card Code?)
- Make sure you click “Continue” to finalize your payment and receive an email to confirm your order.

How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, you should contact us to get an Order Cancellation Number (OCN) no later than one hour after your order is submitted for processing. Otherwise, all orders are final and our Exchange/Return policy will apply.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, PayPal, eCheck, American Express, and Discover. We also accept bank/wire transfers for orders to be delivered outside the United States of America. Please contact us for details.

Do you have any credit facilities such as a Lay-a-way Program?
We do not have a Lay-a-way program at the moment. Please check with your credit card company or local bank; they often have good loan packages for this purpose.

Do you ship orders outside the United States?
Yes. For shipments outside the United States, the customer payment via bank wire transfer is to be received first before an order may be processed. Credit card payments will NOT be accepted for deliveries outside the United States. more

How long does it take to receive my order?
The estimated delivery time within the United Sates and Canada is normally 5-10 business days (i.e. excluding federal holidays). The estimated delivery time to the United Kingdom is normally 5-15 business days (i.e. excluding bank-holidays). International orders normally take 1-3 weeks for delivery. Customs clearance time varies by country. In most cases, it is completed within hours. Please check with your local Customs Authority for more information. more
