Stellar Jewelry is committed to protecting your privacy. We will never sell or disclose your contact information to a third party. We may only use this information to periodically notify you about our new products and services or any special promotional offers. If you prefer not to be contacted, you will always be given the option to unsubscribe.

Order Processing Time
The order processing time is the time it takes to have your order ready for shipment. Unless noted otherwise in the product description, the order processing time is normally 1-2 business day(s) for standard stock items, 4-5 business days for Design It Your Way* items, and an additional day for ring sizing if applicable. Special Order items require about 5 additional days for processing.

*Design It Your Way
items are pieces of jewelry that require stone setting, engraving or any other customization specified by the customer.

Shipping Options
Domestic (i.e. US) orders are usually shipped US Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service (USPS). US Priority Mail usually takes 2-3 business days from the time of shipment to most major US cities. Domestic orders over $70 are shipped FREE of charge. All orders are fully insured. By taking the order processing time mentioned above into consideration, the estimated delivery time of a standard stock item, for example, is 3-5 business days. This includes order processing time plus shipping time.

US Express Mail usually takes 1-2 business days from the time of shipment to most major US cities. The US Express Mail shipping option is available for an extra charge. If you select US Express Mail, please be aware that only shipping may be expedited but not the order processing time as mentioned above.

For International shipments, we usually use FedEx , UPS, or DHL. International orders normally take 1-3 weeks for delivery. Customs clearance time varies by country. In most cases, it is completed within hours. Please check with your local Customs Authority for more information.

The buyer's signature will be required upon delivery of all domestic and international orders. You may refer to the Order Status link in your order confirmation email at any time to get an update on the status of your order. Refused, undeliverable, or unclaimed packages will be charged an additional 10% handling fee, plus return postage.

Domestic & International Shipping
Domestic (USA): Stellar Jewelry ships to only validated addresses within the 50 United States, APO/FPO military addresses as well as major offshore territories and protectorates of the United States of America. For your security, and to minimize any possible fraud, we are linked to the Automated Verification System (AVS) to authorize and authenticate all credit cards transactions. In other words, we verify that the order information you provide us matches with the information on file with your credit card issuing bank. Only credit and debit cards issued in the United States are accepted for US orders. International shipping charges apply to all items imported into the United States.

International (Canada & United Kingdom): Stellar Jewelry ships to only validated addresses within Canada and the United Kingdom. We also use the Automated Verification System (AVS) to authorize and authenticate all credit cards transactions for orders going to Canada and the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland). In addition to major credit cards, bank wire transfers are also accepted for Canada & UK orders. International shipping charges apply to all Canada & UK orders.

IMPORTANT (For US, Canada & UK orders): For your security and for your own protection from any possible fraud, we can only ship to your billing address on file with your card issuing bank. If you wish to have your order shipped to an address that is different from your billing address, you will have to call your card issuing bank first to update your billing address, then return to our web site to place your order. Alternatively, you may choose to pay us via bank wire transfer before we may process your order. Please contact us for instructions.

International (All other countries i.e. excluding USA, Canada, and the United Kingdom) Bank wire transfers are accepted for all other international orders. Your bank wire transfer payment must be received before we can process your order. In some cases, credit card payment may be accepted when additional documentation is provided. Please contact us for details. International shipping charges apply to all international orders.

If you live outside the United States, you also have the option of making arrangements with a friend or family member of yours who resides in the USA and have her/him place the order for you first, have it shipped to her/his own billing address, then forward it to you overseas upon receipt. Some international customers have reported that they are successfully using courier services provided by international carriers like DHL or Aramex International.

Import Duties & VAT (Value Added Tax)
For all international orders, the buyer will be responsible for any local taxes or import duties if applicable. Many countries have a Value Added Sales Tax (VAT), which is charged when an item crosses into their border. VAT is charged in addition to applicable duties. It is the buyer's responsibility to know how much tax and duties will be charged. Please check with your local Postal Service Office for customs regulations and import laws. Forms of Payment
All prices are quoted and charged in U.S. dollars (USD/$US). Click here for currency conversion. We currently take Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and eCheck. We also accept bank wire transfers particularly for international shipments. Please contact us for details.

Return/Exchange Policy
A. Standard Stock Gold Items (excluding diamond/gemstone/pearl/moissanite-based items or Customized/Design It Your Way items)
Only yellow gold standard stock items which do not include any diamonds, pearl, moissanite or gemstones, and which have not been modified or customized in any way may be exchanged no later than 10 days after the purchase date.
[Examples of modified or customized items which do not qualify for a return or exchange include, but are not limited to, re-sized rings, pendants set with the customer's choice of stones, special order items or non-standard stock items.]
Returned items must be in good condition to qualify for an exchange. All returned items are subject to Stellar Jewelry inspection and acceptance, and may also be subject to a 15% and $15 re-stocking fee, which covers labor, handling, insurance, payment gateway and credit card fees. Shipping charges are not refunded. No cash refunds will be issued on any items. A credit coupon in the amount of the remaining balance is issued instead. This credit coupon, which is valid for one year from the date it is issued, may be applied as a credit towards a single future purchase from Stellar Jewelry. Shipping, handling and insurance costs apply to all exchanges or upgrades.

In order to process a return, the following requirements must first be met:

  • an Exchange Authorization Number (EAN) is obtained via email from Customer Service prior to the return. Any item returned without an Exchange Authorization Number (EAN) shall be refused or sent back at the buyer's expense.
    The following information must be emailed to us before an EAN may be issued:
    - order number and date of purchase
    - reason for the return
    - item number (SKU) and description of substitute item (i.e. item to be shipped instead); substitute item must have an equal or higher value than the amount of the coupon as described above
    - daytime and evening phone numbers

  • the merchandise to be returned is shipped back to us via the United States Postal Service (USPS) fully insured by the original purchaser in its original packaging and to the address provided in the EAN email message. In order to protect the package against any possible theft, please write the return address exactly as it is provided to you and be careful not to write words like "jewelry", "diamond" or "ring". In addition, please do not ship us any other items or documents that were not included in the original package in the first place. Stellar Jewelry is not responsible for any packages, items, or documents that may have been lost in transit. Should it happen, please call your shipping carrier to file a claim.

B. Diamond-based Items
Diamond-based items may not be returned or exchanged. Upon customer request, a Gemological Institute of America (GIA) lab certificate can be provided for any single diamond 1 carat or larger. Additional fees apply.

C. Pearl Items
Pearl items may not be returned or exchanged.

D. Platinum Items
Platinum items are treated like special orders. Therefore, platinum items may not be returned or exchanged. When ordering a platinum ring, make sure you order the exact ring size. Once sized, a platinum ring may not be re-sized.

E. Titanium Items
Titanium items are treated like special orders. Therefore, titanium items may not be returned or exchanged.

F. Gemstone & Moissanite Items
Gemstone and Moissanite items may not be returned or exchanged.

G. Customized/Personalized/Design It Your Way Items & Special Orders
Customized/Design It Your Way items & Special orders may not be returned or exchanged. Customized/Design It Your Way items are items that have been manufactured according to the customer specifications. For example, pendants that have been set with stones or rings that have been re-sized and/or set with stones are considered customized items. White gold, titanium and platinum items are considered special orders and may not be returned or exchanged.

H. Import/Export International Orders
Import and export international orders are final and may not be returned or exchanged.

I. Watches
All watches may not be returned or exchanged.

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us to get an Order Cancellation Number (OCN) no later than one hour after your order is submitted for processing. Otherwise, all orders are final and may not be cancelled.

Discontinued or Out of Stock Items
In the event that an item you order is discontinued or out of stock, you will be notified via email shortly thereafter with the options of either buying another item instead, such as the replacement product, or cancelling your order without a penalty.

Warranty
All your jewelry purchases are covered by a thirty-day limited workmanship warranty. Stellar Jewelry warrants to the original buyer only that all items delivered shall conform to the description in our online showroom and shall be free from defects in material and workmanship when normally used and serviced for a period of thirty days from the date of purchase. Any modifications not authorized by Stellar Jewelry in writing may void this warranty. Such modifications include, but are not limited to, the refinishing of the piece of jewelry in question, the addition of diamonds or any other types of stones, ring re-sizing, and the replacement of earring posts. Gift Certificates
- Gift Certificates are redeemable only towards the purchase of merchandise at StellarJewelry.com
- Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash.
- Gift Certificates expire one year from date of issuance or on the earliest date permitted by law, whichever occurs later.
- If the order exceeds the amount of the Gift Certificate, the balance is payable by credit card or PayPal.
- Gift Certificates are not refundable. Lost or stolen Gift Certificates cannot be replaced.
- Your purchase of a Gift Certificate constitutes acceptance of these terms.
- Promotions are not valid when purchasing Gift Certificates.

Gemstone Enhancement Disclosure
All gemstones are commonly enhanced unless indicated by the code "N". The enhancement code is preceded by the prefixes "AGTA=". See explanation of enhancement codes. All gemstones are simulated unless noted otherwise. Natural gemstones are available instead as a special order.

United Nations Compliance Statement
For any product fabricated from rough diamonds mined from January 1, 2003 onward, Stellar Jewelry certifies that the diamonds herein invoiced have been purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict and in compliance with United Nations Resolutions. Stellar Jewelry hereby guarantees that these diamonds are conflict free, based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by the supplier of these diamonds.
For any product fabricated from rough diamonds mined prior to January 1, 2003, Stellar Jewelry warrants that conflict diamonds will not be knowingly sold and that, to the best of our ability, will undertake reasonable measures to help prevent the sale of conflict diamonds in this country.
